I made my first Red Velvet cake. I took it to work and my co-workers devoured it in record time. Picture a red cake with white fluffy frosting, springled with chopped pecans and grated milk chocolate on top. It smelled and tasted great. I will definitely make another one. One of my co-workers have already asked that I make one for her birthday. I love baking...chocolate.... frosting.... cookies.... (sigh).
